A gift she'll reach for every single morning.

You voted for this one! A week ago, the Pooterie community chose this design from a handful of options, and this is what we made together!

A hand-thrown ceramic mug, saucer, and tea strainer from the Rituals Collection, all hand-painted in a pink daisy colorway designed exclusively for this limited edition set. Each piece received three coats of paint, one coat at a time. "Mom" is delicately painted in cursive on the front of the mug, in the same pink as the flowers.

This is the kind of gift that lives on her counter every day. Not in a drawer. Not forgotten. But on her counter, lovingly used daily.

Only three sets were made. There are no restocks.

Mother's Day Pottery Painting Workshop
from $109.00

A two-hour pottery painting experience on Mother's Day, May 11th from 12 to 2 PM at The Hermit on Green Street in Hingham, MA.

Choose your piece: the Rituals Mug and Saucer ($129/person) or the Ruffle Bud Vase ($109/person). All pieces are wheel-thrown by hand at Mudflat Studio in Somerville; not cast, not mass-produced. You'll sketch your design on paper first, then paint it on your piece with underglaze. Learn some painting techniques from Annie and feel free to ask questions about her process, story, and technique.

All materials, light bites, and sips are included.

After the workshop, Annie takes your piece back to the studio to glaze and fire it. You pick it up at The Hermit in about three weeks. Something handmade, something that lasts.

The Hermit is a beautiful curated shop in downtown Hingham Square, part cabinet of curiosities, part artist's sanctuary. Parking is available in a lot across the street.

Spots are limited to 12. Ages 16 and up.

Give her an afternoon she'll keep forever.
