Each piece starts with a hand-rolled slab base and two small thrown elements on top that hold your cards. One is always a little vase. The other might be a bowl, a cup, a mug, or a platter. The vase is just the right size for a single stem, fresh, dried, or beaded (see below!).
Everything is made by hand, so shapes and colors shift a little from piece to piece. Yours will look a lot like the photos, but no one else will have one exactly like it.

It fits a standard business card with plenty of room on the edges. It’s also great for propping up your phone or iPad, or holding a recipe card while you cook. Some other ideas:

These flowers are handmade from beads and wire by Prismatic Designs Art, a fellow artist I partner with. Each stem is about 2" long.
