Ice Cream Sundae Bowl
Every sundae deserves a pedestal. This handmade ceramic bowl is the statement dessert dish for sundaes, fruit, or a centerpiece.
Holds three scoops filled to the rim, or four to five if you're feeling it. Roughly 8 inches tall, with a bowl 4 to 5 inches deep and 5 to 6 inches wide.
The base does more than look pretty. It's left solid rather than hollow, so the whole piece carries a reassuring weight that makes it wonderful for sharing, and it's finished with beveled detailing and a softly rounded pedestal center that happens to be the perfect place to rest your hand. Hold it like a goblet by the stem, or cradle it from below. However you reach for it, it feels like something made with intention, down to how it sits in your hand.
